MTF Albany Ford Ranger Raptor Vehicle Wrap

MTF Albany commissioned us to wrap a Ford Ranger Raptor as their flagship vehicle for the region — a mobile brand presence designed to stand out on the road and align with the wider MTF fleet nationwide.The brief required a bold, professional finish that remained true to national brand guidelines while maximising visibility and impact across all viewing angles. We developed a two-tone wrap that retained the OEM black above the window line and introduced a full gloss yellow lower section with printed branding elements. The result is a striking, high-contrast identity that communicates instantly — whether parked, rolling through traffic, or positioned at events.

Raptors feature deep recesses, sharp contours and aggressive door geometry — meaning vinyl must be post-heated and conformed carefully to prevent tension lift.Retaining the original black above the glass while transitioning into yellow below required accurate panel splitting and consistent alignment across cab and tub. Precision and brand fidelity were key.

We produced the printed elements using MPI2015 with DOL2000 gloss laminate, ensuring durability against UV exposure and daily road conditions.Yellow wrap film was selected to match national brand colour — then overlaid with printed finishes calibrated to the same tone for smooth visual consistency. Door logos, fin graphics and tailgate branding were aligned to panel breaks so the design remains continuous even across body separation lines.
