This website (signageworks.co.nz) is operated by Signage Works Limited (NZBN 9429053063564), trading as Signage Works, based at 34D Constellation Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. By using the site you're agreeing to these terms.

If you don't agree with any of these terms, please don't use the site.

These terms cover your use of this website — browsing pages, viewing content, filling in our quote form, and any other interaction with the site.

These terms do not cover:

• Commercial quote and supply terms — when we issue you a quote for signage work, that quote has its own terms attached. Those govern the commercial relationship, not these
• Privacy — how we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy
• Payment processing — our invoicing is handled separately through GoHighLevel; specific payment terms appear on each invoice

If there is any conflict between these website terms and the written terms attached to an accepted quote, the quote terms apply to the signage work.

You can:

• Browse the site, view our portfolio, read our mini-guides and resources
• Send us enquiries via the quote form
• Share links to our pages on social media, in emails, or on your own site (we appreciate it)
• Reference our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution

You can't:

• Copy our content, photography, or mini-guide / resource articles for commercial use without our written permission
• Scrape the site, run automated bots against our forms, or attempt to access systems behind the site
• Interfere with the security, performance or normal operation of the site
• Use the site for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful
• Misrepresent yourself when submitting an enquiry

If you send us logos, artwork, plans, photos or other files, you confirm that you have the right to provide them to us and for us to use them for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or preparing a quote.

Pricing shown on this site — including on the Auckland signage pricing page and across industry / pillar pages — is indicative only. Real numbers depend on site conditions, materials, scope and access requirements, none of which we can know from a webpage.

When you send us a quote enquiry, we treat it as an opening conversation. The price we settle on becomes binding only once we've issued a written quote (via email or GoHighLevel) and you've accepted it. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract.

We provide a cost estimator tool in some places on the site. The estimator gives you a ballpark range based on standard materials, average site complexity and typical install conditions. It exists to give you a quick sense of scale — not a commitment.

A real quote requires a real conversation. The estimator output is a starting point, not the final word.

Everything on this site — photography, copy, graphics, our logo, the layout — is owned by Signage Works Limited or used under licence. You can't reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Two exceptions:

• Linking and sharing are fine and welcome
• Educational reference in a personal capacity (e.g. linking to one of our mini-guides) is fine

If you'd like to use our content commercially, email us first. We are open to reasonable requests, but we need to approve them in writing.

We link to some third-party websites for convenience, including supplier pages, public agencies and business listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or availability.

If a third-party site links to us, that's their call — not an endorsement either way.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but:

• Information about products, materials, processes and pricing changes from time to time. The version on the site at any given moment may lag the latest. Always confirm specifics with us before relying on them
• We may update, change or remove website content at any time
• The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, hosting issues, or things outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access
• Mini-guide and resource content is provided as general information only. It is not legal, council, engineering, building or professional advice. Specific commercial situations need a quote conversation and, where required, input from the relevant professional or authority

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Signage Works Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be limited, excluded or modified under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those laws apply.

Commercial signage work is governed by the written quote and supply terms issued for that job, not by these website Terms of Use.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute about the site or these terms goes to the New Zealand courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.

If you keep using the site after a material change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
