MTF Henderson Exterior & Interior Signage Fit-Out
Complete exterior + interior signage installation for the new Henderson branch, integrating national branding across ACM, ContraVision, frosting and vinyl applications. West Auckland Henderson

The project
MTF Henderson engaged us to deliver a full signage package for their new site on Central Park Drive — covering both exterior visibility and internal customer-facing branding. The goal was to implement the updated national identity consistently across the building, while improving street recognition and creating a cleaner, more modern experience once inside. The installation combined ACM fascia signage, perforated window graphics, frosting, and cut vinyl detailing, resulting in a complete brand transformation for the space.
The brief
The building has minimal natural light — so any full coverage on glazing risked making the interior feel closed-in. To solve this, we used perforated ContraVision to deliver maximum exterior visual impact while still allowing daylight to enter. The multi-panel alignment required precise registration across mullions and frames, especially at the main entrance where the design spanned 12 individual sections.
What we did
All ACM signage was mounted using VHB tape + construction adhesive, allowing flush installation to concrete without visible fixings. The ACM cores were black, retaining a clean edge profile without the need for wrap finishing. Window graphics were laminated for long-term durability and colour retention — critical for a high-sun West Auckland frontage. Inside, the horizontal frosting band unifies the meeting room glazing and circulation areas, while the elevated fin graphic adds depth and reflects MTF’s national identity system. Combined, these upgrades create a space that feels modern, recognisable, and professional. • Produced and installed multiple ACM signs externally • Main fascia split into two panels (3200 × 610mm) for above-entrance placement • Secondary 800 × 500mm ACM mounted near rear entry • Printed MPI2015 graphics + DOL2000 laminate for UV stability • Window branding installed using MPI3709 ContraVision —12 panels at the main entrance, 4 for the rear • Internal frosting band installed across 3 panels (middle section being door) • Plotter-cut fin strip placed above primary frosting band • Additional office door graphics applied for consistent interior identity • Installation completed in one full day with 3 techs, after multi-day pre-production
• ACM fabrication and wall mounting • ContraVision multi-panel alignment (12 + 4 panels) • Frosting install across 3-panel internal system • Plotter-cut fin strip layering • VHB + construction adhesive fixing • One-day site install / multi-day production prep
Outcome
The branch opened shortly after installation with major visibility improvements from both sides of the building. Daylight retention was preserved, while branding presence increased significantly — exactly the outcome required for a low-light site. Following this project, Signage Works became MTF’s preferred Auckland installer, with this branch used as reference for future brand rollouts.
