Project Overview

A dual-brand signage upgrade designed to bring visibility back to We Roof’s workshop.

Located down a narrow driveway and partially hidden from the road, the business needed high-visibility street-front signage that would stand out, withstand weather exposure and clearly present both brands — We Roof and We Spout.

This project delivered a clean, durable ACM signage solution that now anchors their presence in the local area and aligns visually with their existing fleet graphics and company branding.

Brief & Challenge

We Roof’s site was barely noticeable from the road, with their workshop tucked behind other buildings and an old timber frame that was no longer effective.

The challenge was increasing brand visibility from the street — while utilising the existing frame structure and ensuring both businesses (roofing & spouting) were clearly represented for passing traffic.

What we did

We supplied and installed four new ACM signage panels, two per side, arranged as a stacked dual-brand layout.

The top boards carry the We Roof identity in clean matte black lettering, while the lower panels promote their second business — We Spout — using a full black skin with cut vinyl graphics for contrast and clarity.

The result is a bold, high-contrast roadside presence that is immediately legible from distance and elevates the perception of both businesses.

  • Removed worn existing panels and prepared the frame

  • Manufactured and applied cut vinyl graphics in-house

  • Installed new ACM panels on both sides of existing roadside frame

  • Secured using tec screws into rough-sawn timber for long-term hold

  • Delivered double-sided dual-brand visibility for road traffic in both directions

Materials

  • 4mm ACM panels — 1220 x 2440mm, gloss white face

  • Avery 700 Matte Black Vinyl — plotter cut for We Roof header sign

  • Avery 700 Black Full-Face Wrap — full coverage on lower We Spout boards

  • Avery 700 Cut Graphics layered over black skin

  • Rough-sawn timber framing built on site

  • Tec screws for structural fixing

Processes

  • Large-format panel production in-house

  • Plotter-cut vinyl fabrication

  • Full-face ACM skin application

  • Panel framing & on-site carpentry

  • Mechanical fixing with tec screws

  • Installation on existing roadside structure

Outcome

Roadside visibility increased dramatically — the business can now be seen clearly from distance, even with the workshop positioned behind buildings.

Branding is clean, consistent with their vehicle graphics, and the signage now acts as a permanent billboard capturing passing traffic daily.

This project successfully transformed a hidden address into a visible, confident trade presence.
