Project Overview
UglyFace Supplements approached us wanting a promotional vehicle that felt true to their brand — bold, irreverent, unmistakable. Instead of a simple logo application, we proposed a complete transformation of a 2025 Suzuki Jimny 5-door, a vehicle beloved for its compact off-road attitude and cult following. The goal was to produce something that would instantly stand out in the fitness community, turn heads in traffic, and photograph well for social content.
We wrapped the Jimny in Avery Supreme Wrap Gloss Metallic Quick Silver, chosen for its clean metallic flake, smooth laydown, and premium finish. On top of that full base wrap, we printed a 1/3 coverage graphic using Avery MPI1105 with DOL1460 gloss laminate, incorporating hand-illustrated characters, clouds, colour pops, and UglyFace’s iconic “bag head” branding.
Each side features a different illustrated character — a stylised muscle figure carrying the UglyFace bag logo on one side, and a female gym figure on the opposing panel. A unique detail built into the concept:when the rear windows are down, the character’s head disappears — making the rear passengers become the characters.
It’s clever, playful, and built for Instagram.
Brief & Challenge
Despite its boxy appearance, the 2025 Jimny is notoriously difficult to wrap. The compact body hides sharp radii, aggressive gutter lines, and tight compound curves around rear corners and door channels. To achieve tension-free adhesion and prevent future lift, we disassembled key exterior trims and approached the vehicle in controlled panel sections rather than high-stretch wide panels.
Secondly — layering printed graphics over a full wrap without visible ridges required precise staging. We pre-wrapped the vehicle in base silver, then applied the printed characters and cloud graphics as a second unified layer, ensuring seamless visuals and clean hand-finished edges.
What we did
The finished Jimny carries vivid colour contrast, brand identity, humour and attitude — exactly what UglyFace wanted. The metallic silver base shifts under sunlight, while the graphics stay bold, flat, and crisp thanks to the MPI1105 print system and gloss laminate.
The reveal was filmed for social media and outperformed expectations — the client posted pick-up content to their audience, generating strong engagement and brand visibility. On the road, the vehicle acts as a moving billboard, sparking conversations at gyms, events, and supplement stockists.

Outcome
This project showcases the power of combining a premium colour-change wrap with layered printed graphics. Instead of one full printed wrap, the hybrid approach allowed for:
